Labor Day Weekend 2008

The Weekend started with Leisa asking us to babysit.

Of course it wasn't Cole they wanted to leave -

it was Cordi.

Now Crystal wants a dog of her own.

She loved it.

Crystal did all the tending because we went on to our next adventure.

Things worked out for us to borrow John Henry's truck and trailer

so we helped Isaac and family move to Moscow Idaho.

Isaac is attending Law School there.

1500 miles of driving there and back.

We saw beautiful Mountains

Rolling Wheat Fields

and Snow.

We started Saturday morning with packing them up in Hyrum.

I tried to entertain the girls while they did all the packing.

We arrived in Moscow Sunday Afternoon.

Isaac found them a trailer house to live in

It is in a nice park close to school.

We wish them all the best of luck.

We sure are going to miss them.

But we love blogs and emails and phone calls.

Whenever our kids move away from us we

get that same feeling we had when we sent them on missions

or off to college or they got married.

My oldest great niece - Rebecca Kipp -
was married in the Logan Temple
on August 6th.
She just loved Chelsea's wedding dress.
Chelsea was generous and loaned it to her.

This was just a beautiful Rainbow that we had last time it rained.

The Barbie House

Crystal repainted the Barbie House

and we decided that to straighten out the crooked window cutouts

we would put molding around them inside and out.

It took forever but we did it.

Now we are going to get new dolls and furniture for it too.

Everyone has always liked playing with this doll house.

2008 Noyes Reunion - Aug 2nd

The Noyes reunion was held at Grandpa Noyes's House.

We had 97 people for lunch.

It was actually Grandpa Noyes 88th birthday.
Joyce did a really great job arranging everything.

Thanks Joyce for everything.
