I was going to post a picture of my painted bathroom but Crystal must have my camera.

I finally got it painted. I took the wallpaper off in March and it has taken this long to get it almost done.

Wally and Leisa had to replace some rotted wallboard. Thanks to the Wallaces'
Then Steve had to put in a ceiling fan and move the light fixture up. My nephew was going to do that but since he never came Steven figured out how to do it himself. Good job Steven.

We had a 36 x 24 inch mirror and we replaced it with a 48 x 36 inch mirror. So double the size.
The down side to that is that you can see nearly all of yourself when getting in the shower. And that can be scary or a reality check. And the light fixture has 6 bulbs instead of 4. So with more mirror and more light. WOW.

Jerry Williamson has been moved to the U of U rehab center. He needs to learn to use his left side which is mostly paralyzed. Today he walked with only a little help. It is truly a miracle.

We send our love to all of you.

On Health and Happiness

Last week was the pits.

My brother-in-law Jerry Williamson had an aortic aunorism the burst. Miraculously he made it to the hospital. And then a miracle again he survived the surgery. He is recuperating well. He does have permanent left side disability but it will be just watch and wait to see how he does.

Crystal totalling Grandpas car put me in a spin.

My blood pressure was better this morning. And I hope to do something besides sleep.

Times like this make you so grateful for friends and family.

We love you all. Thanks for your caring.

Come See My Flowers

I have spent the summer gardening

Above is the front flower bed.
The red Zinnias in the back are a miracle
because the froze down right to stumps
the first of June

The back terraces have been so bright

they almost choke you

The shaded end of the memorial garden has finally

got its color. The red impatiens really struggled

after the frost.

The sunshine end of the Memorial turned out the

best it has ever looked. The Dahlias and Zinnias are just great together.

hope I can remember for next year to do that.

Come and visit just to see the flowers.

Megan and Steven Mcfadden
aren't they cute
Congratulations
Jennylyn made the beautiful and delicious wedding cake.
Jacqueline was her assisstant.

Chelsea says "you are hired".

What a fun party.

Phil was still smiling after all the stress.

I can't believe how hard he worked for three days.

Sharon amazed me for not freaking out when things didn't go as planned.

Dottie and Jim are always so kind to us all.

They are just part of the family.

We always will love Carma

She has been so good to us for many years.

Chelsea hung out with Grandma and they both love to have their pictures taken

Chelsea likes this one best because " it makes her neck look thin".

Chelsea made Grandma act stupid.
Isn't this cute of them. A real treasure.
Grandma and Crissy
Chelsea and Amber
Congratulations Amber on earning a i- pod.

Thanks for letting us be a part.

1st cousin reunion

My cousin Edith (Noyes) Smith planned a cousin reunion for July 28th 2007.
It was for the Second generation of
John (Henry) Hyrum Noyes and Edith Jane (Mcdougall) Noyes.
Dallas Noyes is writing a history of
Frederick Franklin Noyes and Hannah Maria (Williams) Noyes
and their life in Utah.
We brought what pictures we had and talked Family History.
Recognize anyone in these pictures.

This is my Aunt Marilyn and her husband Jean Waite

and her boys Harold and Dallas Noyes

I was named after her and so she has always been special to me.

She was married to my Dad's baby brother, Hal,

and he died when the boys were very young.

My Dad is the only living child in his family.

These are his sister in laws Aunt Dona and Aunt Marilyn.

This is a cute picture of Eva (my sister) and Elizabeth her chauffer.

Eva is the push behind us to do family history.

She has been so kind to generously help me with my research.

My dad was a good sport and went to the reunion

even though it is getting harder for him to travel.

He tires easily and after 6 hours of visiting he was ready to go home.

I will let you know when Dallas' book is done. I think it will be a web version where as we find more information you can submit it and add it in.

Thanks Dallas and Edith for the party.
