THE BIG FIRE

Boy did we have our excitement when lightening stuck the power lines
across the street and started fires both northwest and southwest of us.

Jane claims that it was her birthday candles from heaven.

Actually there were 3 fires one also above the church house.

When it was at the worst prays were answered

and we had about 10 minutes of torrential rain

The command post was in our front yard and the

helicopter refueled in the field next to us in front of the mink sheds

This is the morning after looking south.
It burned over to the cemetary.
Nina drove past the power pole right as it struck.
The lightening shook the whole house.
We knew we were hit.
Thanks you to all the good neighbors and fire department and God it was controlled quickly

Here is Jacqueline. She loved the loft in the bunk house.

We were all having so much fun that we forgot to capture the moments with pictures.

We all loved hanging out together. Here is Xander and Heidi with Leisa in the background.

Cokeville has always been one of our families choice memories

Alexandre impressed us with being able to stand herself up on the tramp and try to jump considering that she is only 11 months old.

Thanks to all of my kids for coming

and bringing friends and fun.

Thanks Sharon and Phil for coming too.

Thanks to everyone for all the help.

Lots of thanks to the Clarks who always make us feel welcome.
