Boy did we have our excitement when lightening stuck the power lines
Jane claims that it was her birthday candles from heaven.
Actually there were 3 fires one also above the church house.
When it was at the worst prays were answered
and we had about 10 minutes of torrential rain
The command post was in our front yard and the
helicopter refueled in the field next to us in front of the mink sheds
This is the morning after looking south.
It burned over to the cemetary.
Nina drove past the power pole right as it struck.
The lightening shook the whole house.
We knew we were hit.
Thanks you to all the good neighbors and fire department and God it was controlled quickly

Wow and wow! You didn't mention the part about the rain--that is amazing! What a blessing. I am glad you took picture of the whole thing--this will go down in Morgan History.
So Scary, but what a great story you have now. I hope that you guys are all counting your blessings today.
